Lost another 4 pounds this week. Now down to 232 for a total weight loss of 70 pounds. I usually weigh in on Tuesday but I woke up late yesterday and had to rush out the door to work and didn't have time to weigh myself. Maybe that was a good thing. Hmmmmm. Anyway I'm am keeping on track and looks like maybe, just maybe I have broken through the plateau I was on.

I've enjoyed reading about your hard work to shed the excess weight. It's helped push me to greater efforts, though I have a looooong way to go.
220 is where I need to end up. And that's more than a hundr..mumble mumble..fty pounds away.
But I'm walking more, trying to do some kind of daily exercise in addition, even if only for a few moments, and cutting back on amounts and kinds of food eaten.
The good news is I've dropped 20 pounds over the last couple of months. The better news is my waist has dropped from 66 to 60 inches, which is way cool. Can't wait to get below 56 and get cheaper pants. :)
The bad news is my feet hurt like hell from the pounding the dogs are taking. Hope the "gotten used to it" factor kicks in soon.

Wow, thanks for the comments. I didn't think anyone was even reading this. Congrats on your efforts also. Just keep up the good work and hang in there. BTW, the Sparkpeople page has been a bit of help to me along the way also. You may want to check it out if you haven't already done so.
